Booking terms

Version 2026-10-21. Each booking records the version you accepted.

Requests and confirmation

Most sessions are booked as a request. Euan confirms each one personally, usually the same day and always within 48 hours. The time is held for you while you wait. If a request isn't confirmed in time it lapses and we email you so you can pick another time. Some sessions are confirmed instantly; the booking page says which.

Moving and cancelling

You can move or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your lesson, from the link in your emails, up to 2 times per booking.
Inside 24 hours a cancellation is a late cancellation: the lesson is charged, or the package credit is used. Please message Euan if something has come up.
If you don't come to a lesson it is recorded as a no-show and charged in the same way.
When you move a lesson, anything you have paid (or a package credit) moves with it.

Weather and coach cancellations

If Euan has to call a lesson off, for unsafe weather (lightning, extreme heat, storms) or for any other reason, there is no charge: we rebook you, and any payment or credit is kept for your next lesson.

Packages

A package gives you a number of credits for one kind of session. Each booking uses one credit.
Credits must be used within the package's validity (shown when you buy it). Euan may extend it in special circumstances, such as injury.
Packages are personal and not transferable.

Payment

Unless the booking page asks you to pay online, you pay at the academy by cash, card or bank transfer. Prices are in UAE dirhams. Academy and range access are not included unless stated.

Your health

Please tell Euan about any injury or condition that could affect you during a session, and only take part if you are fit to do so. Health notes are kept only with your consent (see the privacy notice).

Juniors

Anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who confirms the junior is fit to take part. Juniors are filmed for swing analysis only with the guardian's consent.
